Dr. Khalil Mohamed Yassine
Was born in Ghazza, Bekaa, Lebanon, at June 1952, was grow up in a modest family, his father died, which did not exceed the five years old, his mother took role of the father and mother, the family complete the process of life, so he worked and his family in the field of agriculture in the summer to be able to receive lessons in winter, and he worked hard in the study.
He studied his elementary and middle school in the official school and the Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association School in his hometown Ghazza.
He studied his secondary education in the Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association secondary in Sidon, Lebanon, and the Evangelical School in Zahle, Bekaa, Lebanon.
 He graduated from high school a very good grade.
He received an educational grant university from Egypt Arabic Republic; he moved to there and studied at the University of Dental Medicine in Alexandria.
He graduated magna cum laude with a very first class honor in 1976.
In 1976 he traveled to Brazil where his family settled and founded their business and industry, but he returned after one year and settled in Lebanon and established a dental clinic and began doing his duty as a dentist and worked honestly and professionally, remembering the suffering that he spent was an assistant to the needy loved by those who knew the most successful work.
In 1979 he married Mrs. Farizza Abdul Raouf Al-Majzoub and founded his family.
In 1991, after a successful career coupled with a social relationship excellent highly credible gain through love and trust of their customs, his home town Ghazza met and was appointed him to be the Chairman in his home town Ghazza, began his political career, social, arose this Committee and to chair projects a giant in the town raising would become for example emulated by the rest of the towns.
In 1993, his family donated the cost of establishing a public park to the town on an area of 70,000 square meters has also established in this park banquet hall.
Founded in 1993 and a group of activists in the Social Work Association of Welfare of the Disabled and the elderly in the western Bekaa and Rashaya and took the vice president.
  In 1994, began working in the field of construction through the construction of apartments and sell them, but soon stopped this work because of the difficult conditions experienced by Lebanon as a result of repeated Israeli war on Lebanon.
In 1998 founded Yassine General Trading company to start out his business and took over management traveled to China to begin work in the field of import of which began in the area of clothing, shoes, fielded the company represented by Mr. Wael Khalil Yassine in many international exhibitions between 1999 and 2003 in Lebanon, making it acquires experience and grow quickly to several branches of other companies owned by several large commercial centers of the clothes and shoes in the province of Bekaa, Lebanon.
In 1999, he founded the San Marino Center (Ghazza Branch).
In 2000 until 2002 founded San Marino Men's Clothing Branch).  (Barelias
In late 2000 until end of 2006 founded Marimar    Centre for Clothing and Footwear in Saadnayel.
In 2002 founded the San Marino Center for Clothing and Footwear in Marj.
In 2007 until end 2007 founded the San Marino Center for Clothing and Footwear in Zahle, where closed because of security conditions that they passed in Lebanon.
In 2009 founded Dental and Medical Cedar Company for medical and dental materials.
In 2010 founded Yassine Lebanese International Trading Company run by Mr. Wael Khalil Yassine, headquartered in Lebanon and the Middle East market work which is engaged in several areas of business including:
International trade, search and study products, import and export, general trade, follow-up, customs clearance, tax, land transport and air and sea freight.
In 2010, founded by Mr. Wael Khalil Yassine the Goldman Peterson International Development Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong, has opened a office in the international trade city Yiwu, China.
In 2010 founded and his brothers the Green Cedar International Business Group to combine both companies founded by addition to the companies founded by his brothers in Brazil and the other countries in the world and took over management in Lebanon and the Middle East also took the administration in Brazil and South America, Mr. Bassem Said Yassine, and assumed its management in China and the Far East, Mr. Wael Khalil Yassine.
The group is engaged in several areas of business including:
 International Trade: search and study products, import and export, follow-up, customs clearance, tax, land transport and air and sea freight.
General Services: mobile communications and international calls, building and construction industry, fabrics and others.
General Trade: medical supplies and hospital equipment and dental instruments, hotel and school equipment, machinery and industrial equipment, clothes and shoes, and other materials.

Founded in 2011 by Mr. Wael Khalil Yassine Cedar Call International, a network of international services operates all over the world, owned by Green Cedar International Business Group, a deal:
